Cutting

All woven PP materials are cut using hot, ultrasonic, and cold cutting methods:

• Hot Cutting: Hot knives are used for cutting, ensuring smooth and clean edges of the fabric.
• Ultrasonic Cutting: High-frequency ultrasonic vibrations are used to cut the material, providing sealed edges and precise shapes.
• Cold Cutting: Mechanical knives are used for quick and precise cutting, suitable for applications requiring accurate dimensions.

Printing

During the printing process, we ensure that all corporate identity elements—such as logos, brand colors, and any specific customer-requested information—are meticulously printed onto the bags. This is achieved using our state-of-the-art flexo printing lines, which are capable of producing high-resolution prints with up to 7 colors.

The advanced technology in our flexo printing machines allows us to achieve precise and consistent results, ensuring that the printed designs remain vibrant and durable, even in challenging conditions. This high level of accuracy and quality control is crucial for maintaining brand integrity and consistently meeting the high standards our customers expect.
