Conductive Bigbag
Conductive Bigbags designed specifically for the transportation and safety of products with static potential aim to prevent any workplace accidents caused by the accumulation and discharge of static energy. These Antistatic Bigbags, produced in different types as A, B, C, and D, meet all international safety standards as per the IEC 61340-4-4 Ed. 3.0 regulation.

Types of Conductive Bigbags (Type A, B, C, D)
FIBC – Type A
- Standard Bigbag: No static protection.
- Safe Usage: Used for transporting non-flammable and non-explosive products. Should not be used in environments with flammable, explosive solvents, or gases.
- Never Use For: Transporting flammable, explosive products. Should not be used in environments with flammable, explosive gases.
FIBC – Type B
- Standard Bigbag: Made with special fabric having low voltage resistance.
- Features: Type B Bigbags do not have protective properties against static electricity buildup. However, the fabric has a lower breakdown voltage (< 6 kV).
- Safe Usage: Used for transporting dry and flammable dust form products (sugar, flour, grain). Available with or without liners. Should not be used in environments with flammable, explosive solvents, or gases.
- Never Use For: Environments with flammable, explosive gases.
FIBC – Type C
- Conductive Bigbag: Designed with conductive threads woven into the entire body, ensuring surface resistance below 10^7 ohms, safely grounding the accumulated energy.
- Features: Made from conductive fabric. Conductivity is achieved by weaving several conductive threads together. These threads are connected to a grounding point, making grounding essential at all times.
- Safe Usage: Used for transporting flammable dust form products (resins, TIO2, BPA). Should be used in environments with flammable, explosive solvents and gases.
- Never Use For: If the grounding mechanism is damaged or absent, it must not be used.
