1 & 2 Loop Bigbag
Bigbags with 1 or 2 loops are easier and more economical than bigbags with 4 lifting loops. They are made of tubular fabric. This increases the strength and tensile strength of the fabric.
The lifting points at the top are sheathed. This sleeve is available in different colors. Different products can thus be identified more easily. The different colors of the sleeves make it easier for truck or forklift drivers to identify the lifting points, which also makes it easier to handle the bigbags.
Open top, uncoated bigbags with a PE liner are particularly common. However, coated bigbags with a filler neck at the top are also available. Depending on the type of use, there are different design options for the bottom of the bigbags – square, star-shaped or with a single seam. For manual filling, the bigbags are delivered pressed into bales on pallets. However, for machine filling, the bags can also be supplied wound on rolls.
